About the role

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a warm and welcoming Spa Host with a passion for providing exceptional service to join our Spa team in creating a personalized and relaxing experience for guests at our spa facility, Saltgrass. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our spa and foster positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing friendly, personalized service to our clients and guests.

What

you’ll do
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing questions and creating a tranquil spa atmosphere.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with therapists and the operations team.
  • Guide guests in selecting spa services and products, offering personalized recommendations aligned with current promotions.
  • Handle check‑in, check‑out, and payments efficiently while maintaining accurate client records.
  • Support daily spa operations by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment areas.
  • Uphold the Bardo and Saltgrass brand standards through strong product knowledge, exceptional service, and collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing appointments efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping guests achieve relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a composed demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Be a team player, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
