Overview
RNR Tire Express is ready to hire a full-time Collection Specialist with great customer service skills. An average Collections Specialist makes $16.00 to $20.68 in total with the bonuses. In addition to competitive pay and a family atmosphere, the office team enjoys the following benefits:

You can be found in the office Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am–3:30 pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off. Each day, you arrive ready to maintain customer relationships. Most of your day is spent on the phone or on the computer, reviewing applications, and identifying opportunities to renew customer agreements. You provide excellent customer service as you call customers regarding expired agreements and reference on expired accounts.
You actively listen to resolve issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You also schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. Field work may include picking up product and distributing door hangers.
Your patience and tact are essential in enhancing relationships with customers. When challenges arise, you handle them quickly while maintaining top-notch service. You will multitask, manage call pace, and stay focused on the customer to meet weekly goals. As a Collections Specialist, you thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and contribute to the team’s continued success.

Requirements- Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Strong computer and phone skills
