Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Lead Customer Service Rep IN SAVANNAH GA. Responsibilities
  • Led day-to-day operations of a customer service team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coached, mentored, and developed team members to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitored and maintained daily and weekly performance metrics for direct reports using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Acted as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and positive customer outcomes.
  • Maintain service efficiency and minimize disruptions.
  • Guided team members in resolving escalated situations, reinforcing best practices in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Maintained high service standards while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4 year of experience in customer service or 1 year on team lead experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
