HVAC Customer Service Representative

$18–24/hr | Full-Time

EAC Heating & Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our growing HVAC service team. We're looking for someone organized, friendly, and dependable who can keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.

If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, and being part of a strong local team, we'd love to talk with you.

• Answer incoming service calls and route them appropriately.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and customer needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer support and follow-up.
• Accurately document customer interactions and service details.
• Coordinate with internal departments and field staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Support billing, data entry, and job tracking as needed.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented office environment.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs)

$18.00 - 24.00 per hour, depending on experience

• 2 or more years of customer service or administrative experience
• Experience in the trades or service-based industry is highly valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentsic
• Proficient with standard office software
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience with Service Titan
• Sales experience
