• Mediating and offering solutions in cases of buyer-seller disputes to maintain a safe community.
• Collecting user feedback to contribute to platform improvements and enhance user experience.

• Native‑level German and C1 level in English (any other language is a plus).
• Clear and empathetic communication is crucial for effectively addressing user issues and guiding them through solutions.
• Strong analytical skills help in resolving account, listing, and transactional challenges, often under time-sensitive conditions.
