Job Description
At ResultsCX, our Onsite Customer Service Representative is a skilled problem‑solver and trusted resource for our customers. In this role, you will work from our Athens office located at 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A, ATHENS, GA 30607, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more. Your work goes beyond the script, playing a key role in helping our communities.

Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, and new account setups.
• Provide exceptional customer service that extends beyond scripted procedures, contributing to customer satisfaction and community support.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Typing skills: ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency: intermediate to advanced proficiency required to toggle between multiple systems while communicating.
- Availability: open availability 7 days a week.
- Pay expectation: on‑site CSR pay rates start at $14/hr during training; rates vary by program fit during selection.
- Reliable transportation and must live within commuting distance of the office.
- Extroverted personality that thrives on social connections and collaborative work.
