• You are able to wow our customers through a variety of channels such as phone, email, chat and social media

• You showcase extraordinary communicational skills such as listening, empathy and can personalize every customer conversation

• Your superpower is guiding customers with their questions and ensuring they are offered the right solution leaving a big smile on their face

• You act as a superhero identifying and addressing customer needs to expedite internally to improve and/or develop processes

• You are Native Dutch and speak (sufficient) English to engage with our customers and international team environment

• You have technical skills and are familiar with Google Suite, MS office and CRM tooling
