Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Sky Zone Crew Members are part‑time associates who gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication.

Part‑time opportunities include:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk
• Membership Sales

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues at all stations.
• Commit to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Capable of working a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous high‑volume, customer‑facing experience in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, or similar an ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods, lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds, and communicate frequently and effectively in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Starts at $10.00/hr, with a full pay range up to $11.00/hr, based on qualifications and experience.
