Position SummaryThe Box Office Attendant will assist the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager, and Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations. Responsibilities include ticket sales, will‑call, digital ticketing, parking, and answering event-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, patient, and has some customer service experience with the capability to learn the ticketing system used at the box office. This role requires working normal box‑office hours during the day as well as during events.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00–$15.00.

About the VenueThe Enmarket Arena boasts a 9,500‑seat arena with luxury suites, club seating, and first‑rate food and beverage. It hosts national touring concerts, family shows, comedians, and more, and is expanding sports in the region with the ECHL hockey team “Savannah Ghost Pirates” among other events.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly customer service on both event and non‑event days in the box office.
- Offer information and answer questions via the phone in the box office.
- Perform ticket‑selling functions using Ticketmaster sales software (training provided).
- Distribute will call.
- Assist customers with digital ticketing issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager or Assistant Box Office Manager.
- Availability to work flexible hours during weekdays, events, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.hiend>
- Previous customer service and retail sales experience preferred.
- Experience with events, guest relations, and/or box office is preferred.
- Must be adaptable and patient with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Demonstrate ability in communication, problem‑solving, and customer service.
