Customer Support Specialist (Home Services)$18–$24/hr + Full Benefits | Full-Time | Local Ownership
EAC Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organized Customer Specialist to help keep our service team running smoothly.
This is a key role in our office responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating technician schedules, and making sure every job is set up for success. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and being the go-to person who keeps things on track, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service needs
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
- Provide professional, friendly customer support and follow-up
- Document service details and customer interactions accurately
- Coordinate with field technicians and internal team members
- Assist with billing, job tracking, and data entry
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused office environment
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18.00 – 24.00 hourly, depending on experience What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic computer and office software proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Previous dispatching or scheduling experience
Sales or upselling experience
