Savannah is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to present individualized treatment plans, address patient questions, and track Unscheduled Treatment daily. You’ll follow scripts, schedule optimization, and ensure doctors’ schedules are full while providing clear OOP estimates and excellent patient service.
You will rotate end-of-day tasks, answer phones when needed, and maintain detailed spreadsheets for daily acceptance and treatment tracking in a busy dental office environment.
