Dental Hygienist

Overview

Benevis is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven team focused on making quality, affordable dental care accessible to every patient. This role is ideal for someone who values compassionate care, enjoys teamwork, and loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of the patient base.

Pay ranges from $45 to $50 per hour plus produciton bonus and is negotiable based on experience. Sign-on bonus ($5,000) is available, along with flexible scheduling, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality, compassionate dental hygiene care under the general supervision of a dentist
  • Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, fluoride treatments, and related procedures
  • Review medical histories and assess patients’ dental conditions and treatment needs
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Support same-day care opportunities when available
  • Guide patients and parents through the treatment process
  • Assist with charting and x-rays as needed
  • Follow all company standards and applicable government regulations
  • Create a positive, memorable patient experience through compassion and teamwork
Qualifications
  • Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including hands-on skill assessment, required upon hire
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
