Project Manager, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists

In just nine years, Architecture 101 has experienced remarkable growth, and we are now seeking a talented, full-time Project Manager to join our studio in Savannah’s Downtown Landmark Historic District.

With additional offices in Historic Beaufort, South Carolina, and St. Augustine, Florida, we offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative studio environment and help shape meaningful architecture in some of the Southeast’s most inspiring settings.

We are looking for a smart, energetic project manager with the following foundation:

• Client focused managers/architects with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Positivity, flexibility, and a strong desire to take architecture practice in new directions.
• Solid experience with Revit and Photoshop.
  
  Training can be provided to expand your abilities considerably on both of these platforms.
• Some experience with construction, construction documents, and basic project management is required.
• Project Managers at Architecture 101 are involved in every stage of a project, collaborating with clients, consultants, and teams from concept to completion.
• Candidates with some experience in an architecture studio will best meet the immediate needs of our expanding firm.
• Ability to communicate clearly with industry professionals, such as engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Self-motivated candidates are preferred with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Licensed Architects and Interior Designers are a plus, but not required.
