- Call is limited to "mommy calls" every sixth week, with a half-day Saturday shift for the on-call doctor.
- Closed Sundays; benefits include 5 weeks PTO, $2,500 CME allowance, and a generous monthly productivity bonus exceeding $10K.

- Starting salary ranges from $170,000 to $280,000, based on experience.
