About the DepartmentWithin the Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology, this position fills teaching needs within the Coaching program of the Waters College of Health Professions. The department serves over 2,000 majors with a faculty of more than 50.
Job SummaryThe Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology is accepting applications for a pool of part‑time instructors for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The instructor will teach coaching principles and coaching‑specific team sports, based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications- Earned master's degree in coaching or a closely related field, with at least 18 graduate semester hours in coaching
- Ability and/or willingness to teach in an online environment
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment in the Department, College, and University
- Technological literacy and a commitment to integrate technology into teaching
Commensurate with experience.
