Temporary Faculty History

The Department of History is seeking part‑time faculty to teach surveys of U.S. and World History for the 2025–2026 academic year on a semester‑by‑semester basis.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate courses in Core IMPACTS areas (World History I and/or II and U.S. History: A Comprehensive Survey).
- Deliver instruction in various modalities (face‑to‑face, hybrid, online).
- Masters degree in History or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in History.
- Classroom instruction experience in higher education.
- Earned Ph.D. in History.
- Ability to teach a variety of undergraduate courses.
Commensurate with experience. Exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
