Savannah Christian Preparatory School, a prominent school in Savannah, Georgia with a rich history and known for its strong liberal arts curriculum, seeks faculty for the upcoming academic year. The candidates for this position will be carefully and prayerfully evaluated according to the following essential criteria:

• Curriculum development. Create lesson plans aligned with applicable standards and student needs, incorporating diverseteachingmethods and activities to cater to different learning styles.
• Instructional delivery. Teach concepts clearly and effectively, utilizing visual aids, technology, and real-world applications to enhance understanding.
• Student assessment. Regularly monitor student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation to identify strengths and areas needing additional support.
• Individualized learning. Provide differentiated instruction to address the diverse needs of students, offering extra help or enrichment activities as required.
• Classroom management. Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, promoting active participation and student engagement.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance, progress, and any concerns.
• Professional development. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on currentteachingstrategies and best practices.

• A bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject is required at a minimum; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Formal classroomteachingexperience preferred.

• Strong mathematical knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts across various levels.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain complex mathematical ideas in an accessible way to students of varying abilities.
