The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

• Lead a preschool classroom and implement engaging daily learning experiences
• Support children’s cognitive, social‑emotional, language, and physical development
• Create lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with developmental milestones
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture
• Guide classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management strategies
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and child development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

• EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
• Prior preschool teaching experience preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and educational learning experiences
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed
• Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
