The JOY FM in Georgia is seeking a Youth Director to shepherd and disciple students in grades 6–12 by leading them to know Christ and grow in their faith. The role includes teaching, relational discipleship, and engaging students in gospel-centered outreach.
The ideal candidate will have a clear testimony of faith, strong teaching skills, and a passion for student ministry. Responsibilities also include coordinating youth events and maintaining communication with parents.
