The GLP is a structured, three‑year program that places young professionals in rotating roles within Lummus Corporation’s agricultural operations. Participants gain hands‑on experience, mentor guidance, and the opportunity to travel across multiple locations to broaden their industry perspective.

Rotations include Savannah, GA;
Memphis, TN; and Lubbock, TX. Travel may amount to 60‑70% of the duration, particularly from August through December.

• College graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Willingness to relocate to Savannah, GA;
  Memphis, TN; or Lubbock, TX.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Participation in leadership training sessions.
• Commitment to Lummus Corporation for the full three‑year program.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations on work projects.
