About the Role
As Principal, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your school, leading operations, developing your team, and driving enrollment and performance. You’ll ensure a safe, compliant environment while delivering a high-quality experience for children, families, and staff.
What You Will Do- Lead all aspects of school operations to create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children and staff
- Set the vision for your school and build a positive, student-centered culture aligned with organizational standards
- Drive enrollment and retention through strong family relationships, community engagement, and local outreach
- Hire, coach, and develop your team to build a high-performing, engaged staff
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements while maintaining a well-run, secure facility
- Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor student outcomes, and manage resources and budget to drive strong school performance

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Education, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, school administration, or a similar operational setting
- Previous teaching experience in early childhood education preferred, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles
- Deep understanding of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
- Must meet all state-specific Director qualifications and credentialing requirements
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with families, staff, and the community
