US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Lead the CYS team to deliver developmentally appropriate care and education for youth;
Ensure developmentally appropriate program promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth;
Instruct staff in tasks, provide written instructions and supplies;
Develop, plan and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests;
Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/sanitizing surfaces, food service, safe sleep practices, and care for ill children and youth
