Serve as team leader ensuring program staff deliver developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years;

Ensure health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/sanitizing, food service, safe sleep, and caring for ill children/youth
