Position available in the Richmond Hill and Savannah area
Hourly pay range: $19-$20/per hour
Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
Program Manager responsibilities:
- Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
- Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
- Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
- Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure adequate classroom materials.
- Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
- Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
- Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.
