Job Description:

Job Summary The Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Admissions Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment, enrollment, advising, and retention of Dual Enrollment students while supporting the college's overall enrollment goals. Serving as the primary liaison between the college, local high schools, students, families, and community partners, this position promotes educational opportunities through strategic outreach, relationship-building, admissions counseling, and academic advising. The coordinator guides students through the admissions and enrollment process, supports academic success, ensures compliance with Dual Enrollment regulations, and serves as the college's primary representative for Dual Enrollment recruitment initiatives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Admissions Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase Dual Enrollment participation and support institutional enrollment goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, high school counselors, administrators, and community partners.

Represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, parent meetings, community events, and recruitment functions.

Conduct presentations, application workshops, information sessions, campus tours, and enrollment events promoting Dual Enrollment and college opportunities.

Assist students through the admissions, testing, and enrollment processes and provide information regarding admission requirements, academic programs, and career pathways.

Coordinate recruitment communications, marketing initiatives, and outreach campaigns to support enrollment growth.

Dual Enrollment Advising and Student Success Advise Dual Enrollment students regarding course selection, academic planning, degree pathways, and program requirements.

Review transcripts, placement scores, graduation requirements, and eligibility criteria to determine program participation and course placement.

Monitor student registration, academic progress, and program completion and coordinate interventions when appropriate.

Assist students in understanding college policies, procedures, deadlines, and academic expectations.

Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and student engagement activities for Dual Enrollment students

Refer students to appropriate campus resources and serve as an advocate for student success.

Program Management and Partnership Development Coordinate daily operations of the Dual Enrollment program and ensure compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with high school counselors, administrators, faculty. and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with academic departments to develop schedules, expand pathway opportunities, and support student enrollment needs.

Manage Duat Enrollment eligibility verification, funding approval processes, and required documentation.

Maintain accurate student records, applications, transcripts, residency documentation, and enrollment data.

Collect and report enrollment, retention, and student success data and prepare required reports.
