About the position

This role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong customer service mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to an elite clientele.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

* Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects

* Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards

* Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process

* Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights

* Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions

* Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests

* Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft

* Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems

* Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred

* Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools

* Special projects as needed

Preferred Education Requirement

* Seeking a degree in communication, marketing, business management or relative area.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

* Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelors degree or higher.

* Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.

* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

* Rotation Requirements:
Juniors 2 rotations;
Seniors & Graduate Students 1 rotation.

* Minimum duration: 1214 weeks (summer); 1416 weeks (spring and fall).

* Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.

* Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
