Whatyou’ll do
- Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure and process design projects for municipal and private sector clients
- Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Direct hydraulic modeling and system analysis using tools such as Water
CAD, Sewer
CAD, Info Works WS, or Info Water - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including municipalities and water/sewer authorities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for project staff
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize project tracking tools to monitor financial performance, schedules, and resources
- Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in the design and management of municipal water and wastewater projects
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, Water
CAD, Sewer
CAD, and Microsoft Office applications - Experience with Info Works WS and/or Info Water (Innovyze) preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple large or complex projects simultaneously
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams
- Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, and budget control
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Vantagepoint or Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience working on projects in the southeastern United States preferred

Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.;
Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
