Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

Help lead the survey department.

Responsibilities

• Surveys, topographic maps, boundary adjustments, subdivision maps, records of survey, and legal descriptions
• As-built surveys, deed & plat research, review plats, draft/design drawings, maintain records, assess surveying problems, right-of-way

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in land surveying, subdivision mapping, topographic mapping, writing legal descriptions; registered professional land surveyor
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and GPS equipment
