Weekend Days:
Friday
- Monday, 7am-5:30pm
- A fundamental understanding of aircraft design and construction principles.
- The ability to effectively work with and support a multi-discipline team of engineers, mechanics, technicians, Quality Control, upper management, etc.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of installations related to Electrical Systems.
- Experience with Illustrated Parts Catalog, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Systems Schematics.
- Flexibility to move quickly from one assignment to the next and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Previous Gulfstream engineering experience. Gulfstream G500/G600/G700/G800 experience is a plus.
- Experience using computer aided design tools such as CCD, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, L Cable / E CAD, Capital Harness, or similar software used in design of aircraft electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Airworthiness Authority regulations and showing compliance to such regulations with repairs and rework instructions in a post-production repair station environment.
- Basic Knowledge of Part 25 Certification for EWIS and methods of Component Qualification.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related curriculum applicable to the respective job position required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 13 years specific technical discipline or 15 years broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors. Experience credit considered for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Master’s and 4 years for PhD in fields applicable to this job.
