HowYou’ll Spend Your Day
1. Compliance & Quality
- Ensure and mitigate quality risks and strengthen a strong quality culture.
- Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, also to ensure data integrity compliance with respect to laid down procedures and systems.
- Lead projects GEP documentation such as qualification, validation, change management, calibrations, and other quality-related engineering documentation.
- Handle site project-related statutory compliances and review it.
- Responsible for various types of projects such as green‑brownfield, improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, automation, and new process developments at the site.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Create project schedule‑timeline, define project tasks and required resources, allocate project resources of vendor and manage company project team.
- Participate in and supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project.
- Manage site project budget and its spending as per commitment, also prepare yearly project AOP.
- Track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress, evaluate and assess the result of the project.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs, measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Timely submission of commissioning report to site finance for partial and full capitalization of executed projects.
- Ensure asset tagging post full capitalization of project.
- Budget management of project as per approved budget in CER.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Assist in development and monitoring implementation of Project Excellence policies, procedures, and processes.
- Monitor performance of the projects against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.
- Lead project safety and ensure the whole execution activity is performed as per site safety compliance and procedures.
- Make sure that notification, investigation, and case management of project site injuries and incidents are conducted in collaboration with management.
- Implementation of contractor safety and induction, also routine evaluation of safe practices and project safety audit.
- Ensure that all employees work in accordance with the internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices.
- Any other job activity as assigned by the reporting supervisor/management from time to time.
- Diploma / Engineering degree – Mechanical
- 8 to 10 years of experience
