We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to contribute to diverse infrastructure and development projects. In this role, you will create innovative designs, solve complex engineering challenges, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior staff. • Develop and review civil engineering designs, plans, and technical specifications
• Perform calculations and apply engineering principles to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant designs
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Adapt standard methods to resolve technical challenges and optimize designs
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices
• Support project documentation, progress tracking, and quality control efforts

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional engineering licensure or eligibility
• 5+ years of experience in civil design, including proficiency with relevant software
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale or complex infrastructure projects
• Advanced skills in civil design software and modeling tools
• Prior experience mentoring or training junior engineers
