Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform various types of projects for clients across the United States and globally. The successful candidate will also design projects that will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design.

We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.

Experience and Qualifications:

• BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
• Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program is preferred
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. Please see the hiring range associated with this posting for more information. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
