Survey Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Lead the survey department and manage land surveying projects from initial concept through completion.

We provide civil engineering and land surveying services from the projects initial concept through its completion. From residential to industrial, highways to railways, we offer a diversity of services typically seen in much larger firms. Clients include corporate and government.

• 5+ years experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping, writing legal descriptions;
  Registered Professional Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey and GPS Equipment

• Surveys, Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions
• As-built surveys, deed & plat research, review plats, draft/design drawings, maintain records, assess surveying problems, right-of-way
