- Lead root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve equipment failures and recurring reliability issues.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation to support safe and effective maintenance execution.
- Manage asset information within CMMS/EAM systems, including work orders, maintenance history, PM compliance, equipment records, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
- 3–7 years of maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience supporting production equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance best practices.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
