  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in propulsion, powerplant integration, aircraft systems, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Previous engineering leadership and people management experience required is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, gas turbine engine performance, and aircraft propulsion systems.
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 25 certification requirements and compliance activities.
  • Experience working with engine OEMs and cross-functional engineering organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive organizational performance.
Job Description
