Customer Service Rep
Parking Enforcement Attendant
Directly reports to the Account Manager.
Compensation: $15 per hour plus ticket bonuses.
Schedule:
Friday and Saturday evenings 4:00PM–12:00AM or 5:00PM–1:00AM PT; 16–20 hours per week.
Benefits:

- Provide customer service, cashiering, flagging, cleaning, lot maintenance, and operate revenue control equipment.
- Issue parking citations according to preapproved guidelines.
- Manage lot signage (take down, repair, assemble).
- Maintain lot cleanliness, pick up trash, clean signage.
- Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment.
- Prepare and file reports on violations and citations.
- Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal (shoveling, salting, snow thrower operation).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co‑workers, and clients. Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain revenue control equipment.
- Maintain facility upkeep.
- Accurate mathematical computation skills.
- Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with calculator and fee computer.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Establish effective relationships with public, agencies, and employees.
- Ability to operate motor vehicle.
- Capable of standing for a full shift and lifting up to 50lb.
- Job is fairly routine, following established practices and procedures.
- Decisions are made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
Work primarily outdoors; may experience extreme heat or cold. Regular talking or hearing required. Sit or stand for extended periods; may run, walk, handle tools, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Lifting RequirementsOccasionally lift up to 50lb; frequently up to 25lb; continuously up to 10lb.
TravelUp to 5% travel may be required.
