Encore is seeking a Rigging Manager to lead safe rigging operations across Encore approved venues. You will approve rigging designs, schedule labor, and supervise a team to ensure SOP compliance. This role reports to the Area Manager, Rigging.
Qualifications include 4+ years in rigging, 2+ years of team leadership, CAD knowledge, and safety certifications. Travel and occasional on‑site hotel environments are involved.
