Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older
- High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Answer phone calls from customers, sales associates, and delivery associates and provide support
- Provide backup for department co-workers as needed
- Balance load sheets by verifying accuracy of inventory, matching payments to invoices, and verifying driver entries
- Manage FINTECH, ESCROW, iCONTROL, GXS, and charge payments
- Set up new customers and update customer licenses
- Apply credits to customer’s accounts
- Investigate pricing issues and make corrections
- Bill leaker credit tickets
- Bill sample requests
- Perform data entry
- Scan and process customer checks
- Handle returned checks
- Bill glassware requests
- Bill beer cart requests
- Order office supplies and maintain spreadsheets of inventory
- Fulfill mail room duties
- File customer and supplier invoices as required
- Occasional billing of sales orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
