Pay Range $25.00 - $26.77 per hour (base salary only, no incentive eligibility)

Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
  • Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions.
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

  • Efficient time and capacity management.
  • Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any nearby financial center location.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
