Senior Associate / Vice President – Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are partnering with a well-established private credit platform seeking to add a Senior Associate or Vice President to its Asset-Based Lending (ABL) investment team. This is an opportunity to join an experienced group focused on originating, evaluating, and executing lending transactions across a broad range of industries.

• Source and evaluate new lending opportunities
• Screen prospective transactions and perform initial assessments
• Lead underwriting and credit analysis efforts
• Conduct financial due diligence and risk evaluation
• Prepare investment recommendations and transaction materials
• Work closely with senior team members throughout the investment process
• Support portfolio monitoring and ongoing borrower relationships

• 5–10 years of relevant Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience
• Strong underwriting and transaction execution background
• Experience originating, structuring, or evaluating credit opportunities
• Background from a bank, specialty finance company, private credit fund, or non-bank lender
• Ability to independently assess complex lending situations
• Strong financial analysis and credit skills

• Healthcare lending exposure is a plus
• Experience across a variety of industries and transaction types
• Direct involvement in ABL transaction execution and portfolio management

• Generalist investment mandate with flexibility across sectors
• Team-oriented environment with significant responsibility and visibility
