How

You’ll Spend Your Day Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead and coordinate AOP, QBU, rolling forecasts, and monthly planning cycles in line with global timelines and guidelines.
  • Coordinate inputs from cross‑functional teams and ensure timely, complete, and accurate submissions.
  • Lead budget planning and monitoring across all departments within the manufacturing site.
Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance
  • Perform product costing analysis, BOM validation, routing review, and variance analysis.
  • Calculate and maintain accurate, complete, and timely standard costs for all new and existing products.
Management Reporting & Business Analytics
  • Lead monthly P&L consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management presentations including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Conduct analysis on revenue, gross profit, OPEX, and key performance metrics.
Business Partnering
  • Partner with Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and other functions to support business strategy and execution.
  • Providing insights, highlighting risks, and identifying opportunities.
Your Qualification and Experience
  • CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or Business Finance roles.
  • Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or multinational environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience working in SAP ECC / SAC / IBP preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and policies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Presentation skills with experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeline.
