Analysts participate in onboarding training sessions before joining their first desk for a 6‑month rotation, typically on a physical trading desk, followed by a 6‑month rotation on a financial trading desk or with the Risk team. Analysts may complete up to four rotations, pending performance, and can be offered a permanent role on a desk at any point.
