Fannin County Georgia has a job opening for a Deputy Sheriff.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must have no record of any felony conviction.
• Must be a citizen of the United States or legally qualified to work in the United States.
• Basic Georgia Peace Officer Certification.
• P.O.S.T. training must be up to date.

Employment is contingent on passing a mandatory Medical Physical/Drug Screen/Credit Check/Polygraph Test/Background Investigation/Psychological Examination and MVR. Resumes may be attached, but a resume without a completed application will not be considered.
