About Us

Mamaya Health was born out of a bold ambition: to shape a future where mental health care is accepted as a fundamental human right. We believe therapy is a lifeline, not a luxury - which is why we accept most major insurances and offer sliding scale options to reduce financial barriers.

Our mission: mental healthcare for women, for those she loves, for every season. We envision a world where everyone has equitable access to high-quality care through all stages of life.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. Supported by the Outpatient Clinical Team Lead, you will deliver excellent clinical care, uphold our mission and values, and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered practice.

  • Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established time frames.
  • Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators.
  • Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB‑GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
  • Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
