Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. Supported by the Outpatient Clinical Team Lead, you will deliver excellent clinical care, uphold our mission and values, and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered practice.

- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintaining a caseload that supports at least 25 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability: 28-30 hours/week, with opportunity to grow).
- Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established time frames.
- Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators.
- Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
- Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB‑GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership.
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc) in the state of Georgia.
- Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
- Strong self-accountability and autonomy.
