Counseling Clinical Supervisor

Waters Edge Counseling in Savannah, GA, is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinical supervisor to join our thriving private practice. This is a W-2 employee position, so:

We are actively seeking someone who has experience as a clinical supervisor or has the credentials to pursue this certification.

We are hiring for a part‑time and/or full‑time supervisor who would oversee clinicians' work while also managing a small to medium caseload of clients.

• Master’s or doctorate in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
• Fully licensed in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for at least 3 years
• Passionate about helping others, and eager to work in a supportive team environment

The ideal candidate already holds the credentials to provide clinical supervision in the state of Georgia.

• Clinical Supervisor: $55‑60/hour

• In‑person at our Wilmington Island office
• Remote work:
  Minimal, as needed
