- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB‑MAPP)
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
- Maintain documentation that meets clinical and ethical standards
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- No prior experience in home‑based or community ABA services required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for helping children and families succeed
