• Licenses: RT-GA (Copy needed)
• Certifications:
  
  RRT - National Board for Respiratory Care (Copy needed); BLS - AHA (Copy needed)
• SSN Required

• Work History:
  Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
