Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, using a variety of materials, cleaning agents, and equipment according to policies and procedures.
- Cleans and sanitizes assigned area according to standards. Collects and transports regular and regulated medical waste.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness in patient areas.
- Practices hand hygiene in accordance to department standard.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to use floor care equipment.
- Be courteous to patients, co-workers and visitors.
- Graduate Equivalent - GED 9 to 11 years of school - Preferred
