Position
Join a Growing TEAM! Savannah Vascular Institute, a large vascular surgery physician practice, is seeking a Practice Representative with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Answer a multi-line phone
- Schedule patient appointments
- Obtain pre-certifications and authorizations
- Verify patient insurance deductibles/co‑insurance
- Register patients into the practice and enter charges
- Experience in front office operations
- Experience verifying insurance benefits
- Experience with CPT & ICD-10 coding
- Preferred: clinical knowledge and medical terminology experience
Must be willing to travel to satellite offices.
