Core Job Functions
Audit scheduling and reporting to ensure accurate performance, including provider reschedules and No Show reports. Collaborate with administration on department growth, call volumes, and workflow changes to optimize performance and patient care.Hire, train, counsel, discipline, and terminate staff as needed. Maintain co-worker files, including performance evaluations, clinical competencies, job descriptions, organizational chart, and orientations. Ensure adherence to system and HR policies.Hire, train, counsel, discipline, and terminate office support staff. Approve staff payroll each pay period.Maintain medical record documentation, including charting and filing. Manage telephone etiquette and messages. Respond promptly to patient concerns or complaints.Ensure practice meets goals and objectives set by MGM administration. Assist in developing operational targets.Implement programs to improve patient satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians to promote practice growth.
